Record the parent enquiry including preferred grade, entry date and contact details. The system assigns a unique inquiry reference number and logs the date. Inquiries appear on the registrar dashboard for follow up.
Issue a customisable digital or printable application form. Collect all required documents such as birth certificate, health card, previous school report or transfer letter and parent ID. The system flags any missing documents with a red indicator.
Record entry assessment scores, interview notes and the placement committee decision. Mark the application as Approved, Waitlisted or Declined with a reason. Declined applications are retained for record keeping and audit.
