Most Zimbabwean schools do not have reliable internet. Edupro ESMS runs fully offline on a local server, so no school is left behind because of connectivity.
Our systems are designed around the Heritage-Based Curriculum, School-Based Projects, and the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education reporting requirements, not adapted from foreign templates.
Technology alone is not enough. Our Harare based team travels to schools across the country to install, train and support. Every deployment includes hands on staff training and ongoing coaching.

Every school owns its own data. Our offline first architecture means learner records, medical information, financials and academic results stay on the school own server. When internet is available, encrypted backups sync to the ZimHPC data centre at the University of Zimbabwe for disaster recovery. No third party marketing. No data sharing.
No monthly cloud subscriptions. No data bundle dependencies. No per student licensing fees. Schools pay a transparent annual licence and everything else is included. This allows a Zimbabwean school to budget predictably across the year regardless of enrolment size.
Technology only works when teachers are confident using it. That is why every deployment includes 7 days of on site training through our TRN-1000 programme. We teach computer basics, classroom technology and Moodle course creation, then we keep supporting through monthly check ins and a WhatsApp support group.
Our platform is built around the actual forms, registers and reports required by the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, ZIMSEC and school auditors. Schools using Edupro do not need to reformat data or redo work at inspection time, because the outputs already match what is expected.

Our first partner schools in Harare go live with SIM-100 Student Information, ATT-300 Attendance and FIN-500 Fees Management. The offline first architecture proves itself immediately in schools with intermittent internet.
Edupro ESMS becomes a complete 10 module school management system with the launch of LMS-200 Moodle Integration, RPT-800 Academic Reporting and the full TRN-1000 Capacity Building programme.
courses.edupro.co.zw opens as a Moodle powered professional development platform for Zimbabwean teachers and ICT staff, offering self paced courses on Smart Classrooms, Moodle course creation, and school network infrastructure.
Edupro adds full School-Based Projects tracking and the new HBC assessment model to RPT-800 in line with the 2025 and 2026 Ministry directives, ensuring schools are ready for the ZIMSEC sole examination authority transition from 2027.
